Personal training is for practitioners of Yoga, Yoga teachers and instructors who wish to dive deeper
into their practice or teaching skills, and to understand what is right for you at present.
At any given time each of us is on another part of the path.
At different times of our lives our physical body's needs, energy levels and mental state changes.
Accordingly what we need also changes.
As I have come to understand through my own experiences in life and journey through Yoga,
the practice that might have been great for many years might not be what we need right now.
Especially if we are in a transition or transforming stage of our lives.
